Warm-weather shoes are usually either comfortable or considered. The Adelina is an espadrille wedge that manages both, and in silver it does it without shouting.
Straps cross over the foot and the toe is cut round rather than tapered, so nothing pinches once the day heats up. The upper is weatherproof suede, with nappa leather and metallic versions elsewhere in the range, and the lift comes from a 1.5" wedge, enough to change the line of a leg and low enough to cross a lawn in. A rubber outsole runs underneath. Made in Spain. One sizing note worth reading twice: this style is cut in whole sizes only, so if you normally take a half size, order the next size up.
Neutral shoes earn their keep in summer, and this one will follow trousers, a sundress or cropped jeans without needing a decision. Pack it as the shoe that goes with everything already in the case.
