These terms govern your use of shopbootsnjeans.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or ordering from it you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including material, heel height and, on boots, shaft measurements taken by the manufacturer on a sample size. Screens render colour differently, so a colour on your screen may differ slightly from the shoe in the box. Where a manufacturer's sizing note exists, it is shown on the product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. If an item is priced in error, we will tell you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping rates, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in the shipping policy. Returns are governed by the refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for resale. The text and images on this site belong to Boots N Jeans or to the manufacturers whose products we sell.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
