Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free on the standard service. Express shipping is $15. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Saturday; we do not process orders on Sunday.

Transit time

Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days after processing. Express delivery is faster in transit; the exact time depends on the carrier and the destination. Delivery estimates are the carrier's, and weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated for several days, write to support@shopbootsnjeans.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier with you.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the shipping we paid to send it.
