Before you write

If your question is about an order, include the order number in the first line — it saves a round trip. If it is about sizing, tell us the style name and the size you normally wear in a boot; several styles in this catalog note on their product page that they run small or come in whole sizes only, and we would rather correct that before the shoe ships than after.

Return instructions are on the refund policy page. Write to us first so the return is expected — an unannounced parcel takes longer to process at our end.
