What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free on the standard service. Express shipping is $15.
How long does an order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the next business day. Standard transit then takes 4–8 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Orders ship within the United States only.
Returns
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from delivery, on items that are unworn, in their original condition and in the original box.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not the item you ordered — in that case we cover it.
Is there a restocking fee?
No.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
US women's sizes 5 through 13, including half sizes on most styles. The size options shown on a product page are the ones available for that style.
How do I know if a style runs small?
The product page says so. Where the manufacturer recommends ordering a half size up, or where a style comes in whole sizes only, that note is on the page — read it before choosing a size.
Can I try shoes on in person?
Yes. The shop is at 2005 W Expressway 83, Weslaco, TX, open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM Central Time.
Orders
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to support@shopbootsnjeans.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we can change or cancel it.
How do I care for suede and leather?
Keep suede dry where you can, and let any wet pair dry away from direct heat before brushing it. Product pages state where an upper is water-resistant, weatherproof or waterproof; those are not the same thing as fully submersible.
